As Vietnam is getting ready to celebrate Tet and the Year of the Horse, we have found inspiration in the animation “The Horse in Motion” by Eadweard Muybridge (*). 19th June in 1878, he captured the images that proofed that indeed, all four feet of a horse were off the ground at the same time while trotting. Our custom designed and handmade lacquer coasters display six different Tet greetings as well as six different running positions of the horse, including the one with all four feet off the ground. All lacquer coasters come with a lacquer box for storage. As these are limited sets, please inquire directly about availability. We also produce custom made design for corporate orders and we can include your company logo if you wish. All our products are handmade in Vietnam.
